In the article ”Catalytic Leadership and Sociocultural Homeostasis”, The Journal for Quality and Participation, July, 2012 we discuss what can be achieved when leadership is in harmony with our  brains functions. In a case study we describe how Catalytic Leadership was the vehicle  to introduce organic, self-organizing principles, which helped save a company and pave the way for international success.
