Forskning visar\u00a0att stressniv\u00e5n \u00e4r l\u00e4gre p\u00e5 kreativa arbetsplatser.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Personer som jobbar p\u00e5 kreativa arbetsplatser sover b\u00e4ttre, oroar sig mindre och upplever mer s\u00e4llan hj\u00e4rtflimmer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nu har hon tagit forskningen om kreativitet p\u00e5 jobbet ett steg l\u00e4ngre och studerat vad som utm\u00e4rker ett kreativt ledarskap. I en ny delstudie, som inte har publicerats \u00e4nnu, har hon f\u00f6ljt chefer inom en rad olika branscher som telekom, reklam, v\u00e5rd och service. Alla har beskrivits som kreativa ledare.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00bbF\u00f6r att skapa en kreativ arbetsplats p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt \u00e4r ledarskapet en av de viktigaste ingredienserna. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r ville jag studera det mer p\u00e5 djupet<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

L\u00e4nk till den l\u00e4sv\u00e4rda och mycket intressanta artikeln i tidningen Chef: Farida Rasulzadas forskning<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jag kan inte annat \u00e4n att h\u00e5lla med Farida Rasulzada till vad hon kommer fram till i sin \u00a0forskning. Dock vill jag komplettera hennes analys och slutsatser med mina egna personliga erfarenheter att som ledare skapa och leda kreativa f\u00f6retagskulturer. Jag har sett hur viktigt det har varit att ledaren till att b\u00f6rja med\u00a0v\u00e5gat <\/strong>visat f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r sina medarbetare i konkreta handlingar\u00a0f\u00f6r att kunna skapa den f\u00f6retagskultur d\u00e4r medarbetarnas kreativa f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga kan blomma upp. Ledarens visade f\u00f6rtroende har i sin tur lett till att medarbetarna f\u00e5r och visar f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r sin ledare och det \u00f6msesidiga f\u00f6rtroendet mellan medarbetare och ledare uppst\u00e5r. Medarbetarna k\u00e4nner tillr\u00e4cklig trygghet och v\u00e5gar <\/strong>b\u00f6rja t\u00e4nka i nya banor och f\u00e5 utlopp f\u00f6r sin\u00a0kreativitet. Och en innovativ f\u00f6retagskultur uppst\u00e5r. Medarbetarna g\u00f6r ett bra jobb, trivs och m\u00e5r bra.<\/p>\n

Jag tror inte att ledaren sj\u00e4lv n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis m\u00e5ste vara ”kreativ” p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt \u00e4n att v\u00e5ga lita p\u00e5 sina medarbetarnas f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att t\u00e4nka nytt och kreativt och inte minst viktigt att de k\u00e4nner att det \u00e4r v\u00e4lkommet med nya\u00a0id\u00e9er.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r den intresserade ber jag att f\u00e5 h\u00e4nvisa till min bok. ”Det du vill men inte v\u00e5gar. L\u00e4sebok f\u00f6r anst\u00e4lld och chef<\/a>”, d\u00e4r jag mer utf\u00f6rligt ber\u00e4ttar om hur jag med mina medarbetare lyckades bygga upp ett kreativt f\u00f6retagsklimat som ledde till att ett f\u00f6retag som ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r beslutad nedl\u00e4ggning blev Sveriges tredje mest l\u00f6nsamma f\u00f6retag och \u00e4r idag ett noterat f\u00f6retag p\u00e5 Stockholmsb\u00f6rsen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
