Det \u00e4r dags att sluta sl\u00f6sa pengar p\u00e5 dyra chefsutbildningar. Chefer har endast\u00a0en begr\u00e4nsad m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka arbetsklimatet.

Det h\u00e4vdas i en ny doktorsavhandling fr\u00e5n Lunds Universitet. Reporter \u00e4r Jens Ericson\/Ekot. 2011-02-03.\\ Forskaren Johan Bertlett menar att chefer endast har en begr\u00e4nsad m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka arbetsklimatet.
\n\u2013 Den traditionella synen p\u00e5 chef- och ledarskapsutbildningar \u00e4r n\u00e5gonting som cheferna f\u00e5r g\u00e5 p\u00e5 och som exkluderar de anst\u00e4llda, s\u00e4ger Johan Berlett.
\nStudien visar att chefer utbildas och f\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att klara sina jobb, men det inneb\u00e4r inte att chefsutbildningarna automatiskt leder till en b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else mellan chef och anst\u00e4lld.
\n\u2013 Det h\u00e4r vanliga perspektivet, att man tar alla mellanchefer som f\u00e5r \u00e5ka tillsammans p\u00e5 en chefsutbildning \u00e4r det vanliga s\u00e4ttet. S\u00e5 utbildar man bara chefssidan i att interagera och samarbeta men man utbildar inte den andra, s\u00e4ger Johan Bertlett.
\nHan har bland 200 anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 flygplatsen Arlanda tittat p\u00e5 olika faktorer som p\u00e5verkar arbetsklimatet p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.
\nDels handlar det om medarbetarnas beteende, hur cheferna beter sig och hur samspelet mellan chef och anst\u00e4llda fungerar och det var en faktor som stack ut som den enskilt viktigaste.
\n\u2013 Den viktigaste parametern f\u00f6r ett gott arbetsklimat var att d\u00e4r fanns samst\u00e4mmighet mellan cheferna och de anst\u00e4llda, s\u00e4ger Johan Bertlett.
\nEnkelt uttryckt kan man s\u00e4ga att med samsyn menas att b\u00e5de anst\u00e4lld och chef \u00e4r v\u00e4l medvetna om varandras kunskaper och erfarenheter och om hur arbetsuppgifterna ska utf\u00f6ras.
\nJust hur samverkan och samsyn fungerar mellan chefer och anst\u00e4llda har inte studerats s\u00e5 mycket, men Johan Bertlett hoppas nu att man kan g\u00e5 vidare och studera hur samverkan p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen p\u00e5verkar till exempel produktivitet, l\u00f6nsamhet och sjukfr\u00e5nvaro.
\n\u2013 Kan man d\u00e5 peka p\u00e5 att det finns tydliga f\u00f6rdelar f\u00f6r ett f\u00f6retag att fokusera eller satsa mer p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r perspektivet s\u00e5 \u00e4r min f\u00f6rhoppning att det kan g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n forskning till att man de facto utbildar och utvecklar sin personal och sina chefer utifr\u00e5n det h\u00e4r perspektivet i st\u00e4llet. Med f\u00f6rhoppning att det d\u00e5 ska gagna b\u00e5de arbetsklimatet och f\u00f6retaget rent ekonomiskt, s\u00e4ger Johan Bertlett.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Jag h\u00e5ller med om att chefsutbildningar med alla de senaste modellerna inte alltid leder till att chefer bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att leda personalen d.v.s. sina medarbetare och utveckla organisationen. D\u00e4remot kan\u00a0jag\u00a0inte h\u00e5lla med forskaren\u00a0om att chefen inte kan p\u00e5verka arbetsklimatet. Det \u00e4r ju det som \u00e4r chefens viktigaste\u00a0uppgift och nyckeln till framg\u00e5ng i chefsupp-draget. H\u00e4r sl\u00e5r han verkligen\u00a0in \u00f6ppna d\u00f6rrar.\u00a0\u00a0Har man efter en chefskurs inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt sin roll som ledare f\u00f6r sina medarbetare \u00e4r det enligt min uppfattning fel p\u00e5\u00a0kursdeltagaren, kursen eller kursupp-handlingen. Att basera s\u00e5 kategoriska och generella uttalanden om ledarskap och chefsutbildningar som forskaren g\u00f6r med referens till endast 200 medarbetare i ett enda f\u00f6retag\u00a0tycker jag \u00e4r\u00a0lite v\u00e5rdsl\u00f6st. Snarare borde han ha st\u00e4llt sig fr\u00e5gan varf\u00f6r cheferna\u00a0just i detta f\u00f6retag inte tycks kunna p\u00e5verka arbetsklimatet eller f\u00f6retagskulturen.\u00a0Det \u00e4r alltid n\u00e5gon eller n\u00e5got som pr\u00e4glar kulturen, inget f\u00f6retag \u00e4r kultur-l\u00f6st.\u00a0Samtidigt h\u00e5ller jag med honom om att forskarna borde \u00e4gna sig mer \u00e5t ledarskap vad avser ledning av m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4n vad\u00a0fallet tycks\u00a0vara idag.
