\nDet finns inga st\u00f6rre skillnader i k\u00f6n eller \u00e5lder mellan vilka chefer som \u00e4r framg\u00e5ngsrika, enligt unders\u00f6kningen.
\nDet finns dock skillnader mellan branscher. En stor del av de anst\u00e4llda inom sektorerna handel och service samt industri tycker att det \u00e4r l\u00e5g kvalitet p\u00e5 ledarskapet.
\nTrots kritiken mot cheferna ligger Sverige p\u00e5 en \u00e5ttondeplats i v\u00e4rlden n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller arbetsgl\u00e4dje. F\u00f6re ligger bland annat Danmark, Norge, Nederl\u00e4nderna och Finland, enligt Ennovas unders\u00f6kning.

Det skulle vara intressant att veta varf\u00f6r man gjort unders\u00f6kningen dvs dess\u00a0syfte och hur den lagts upp. Beroende p\u00e5 vad man vill visa kan unders\u00f6kningar konstrueras s\u00e5 att de visar det man vill ha visat. Jag p\u00e5st\u00e5r inte att det skulle vara fallet med Ennovas unders\u00f6kning men\u00a0lite mer om bakgrunden skulle gagna trov\u00e4rdigheten.
