Hela 88% av de tillfr\u00e5gade ans\u00e5g att svenska b\u00f6rsbolag har en alldeles f\u00f6r tr\u00f6g organisation. Det har blivit en farfarsprincip. Det r\u00e4cker inte att g\u00e5 till pappa, utan man m\u00e5ste g\u00e5 hela v\u00e4gen till pappas pappa f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ett beslut. Toppchefen f\u00e5r f\u00f6r mycket att g\u00f6ra, och asiatiska konkurrenter agerar snabbare. Fler \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av deltagarna upplevde att de f\u00e5tt mindre att s\u00e4ga till om sedan finanskrisen 2008. F\u00f6ljden blir enligt PMP svagare konkurrenskraft.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00c5terigen en unders\u00f6kning som bekr\u00e4ftar tr\u00f6gheten i f\u00f6retags beslutsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och dess konsekvenser. Man kan naturligtvis fr\u00e5ga sig varf\u00f6r man g\u00f6r s\u00e5dana unders\u00f6kning och hur tillf\u00f6rlitliga de \u00e4r. Oberoende av vilket svar man kommer till p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gorna tycker jag att man inte helt kan bortse fr\u00e5n dem. De kan liknas vid stormvarningar i v\u00e4derrapporter. \u00c4ven om vindstyrkan bara n\u00e5dde upp till styv kuling var varningen ber\u00e4ttigad. Jag tycker d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att budskapet i unders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt allvarligt f\u00f6r att man inte kan nonchalera det.<\/p>\n

De tillfr\u00e5gade f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings- och marknadscheferna s\u00e4ger att man har mindre att s\u00e4ga till om, dvs man har mindre befogenheter och mindre ansvar.\u00d6verordnade chefer litar inte p\u00e5 sin underst\u00e4llda chefer och medarbetare, har mist f\u00f6rtroendet f\u00f6r dem och har f\u00e5tt ett allt st\u00f6rre behov att kontrollera. Tydliga tecken p\u00e5 r\u00e4dsla och minskat sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroendet som snart pr\u00e4glar hela organisationen. F\u00f6ljden \u00e4r inte bara tapp i de direkta aff\u00e4rerna utan ocks\u00e5 \u00a0bristande motivation och engagemang som direkt sl\u00e5r p\u00e5 kreativitet, nyt\u00e4nkande och utveckling. Om h\u00f6gsta chefen, som ju ytterst ansvarig f\u00f6r hur hela organisationen fungerar, sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r os\u00e4ker och r\u00e4dd pr\u00e4glar r\u00e4dslan och os\u00e4kerheten snart hela organisationen.<\/p>\n

En chefs viktigare f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor \u00e4r som jag ser det \u00e4r att i sin verksamhet kunna identifiera, kvantifiera och hantera risker. Om denna f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga \u00e4r bristf\u00e4llig, blir man os\u00e4ker och r\u00e4dd. Man avst\u00e5r fr\u00e5n en aff\u00e4rs som man inte k\u00e4nner sig kunna hantera med f\u00f6ljd att konkurrenten tar den.<\/p>\n

En annan nyligen gjord unders\u00f6kning, se inl\u00e4gg nedan,\u00a0visar att tre av fyra chefer vill byta jobb p\u00e5 grund av vantrivsel och missn\u00f6je med sin chef. Vad organisationen och medarbetarna presterar \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rt att inse om deras chef \u00e4r missn\u00f6jd och vantrivs. Inte blir det m\u00e5nga knop j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med konkurrenterna.<\/p>\n

Om vi inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5got \u00e5t ovanst\u00e5ende blir skadeverkningarna p\u00e5 konkurrensf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och tillv\u00e4xt allt st\u00f6rre. Att tappa konkurrensf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och marknad g\u00e5r snabbt men kr\u00e4ver stora insatser och l\u00e5ng tid f\u00f6r att \u00e5terer\u00f6vra.<\/p>\n
